For example, all affiliate programs run by US incorporation, they don't start a company outside US. The best way is to consult with a CPA (Certified public accountant) and the comments that has to be written in bank transactions, when money is sent outside USA. If that clause is well known, then US INCORPORATIONS will not get into problem. Hope this helps.
